Depends on the team you are working with If you are lucky you get a lot of chance to learn new technologies Job security is there Work culture is average although Jio is working hard to improve it

Work culture - Bosses think they own you because they are giving you salary Stay late just to show off is a big issue

Salary is never delayed, even during covid there were no cutbacks at manager levels. Support from medical team is fantastic and facilities in the office are excellent. Extremely helpful hr team when it comes to any queries or issues with anything concerning hr like payslips or mediclaim or tax saving options

Dislikes

High amount of deduction in CTC as compared to other companies, working hours while flexible are still quite demanding. Appraisal percentage per annum is not in line with inflation and affects employees who intend to stay for a long time. Timely appraisal every year would go a long way in assuring employees about concern for them. There is stunted or no growth on role until the employee clamours for a change even if they are a high performer

Great opportunity to learn new technologies and training dept which continuously conducting latest training programs so that Employees get updated with new technology and technologies which are implemented in the internal network.

Dislikes

Disappointment with year appraisals..if a person is having package of 10k and his boss package is 50k and get flat 5% appraisals,that is not fare..

compensation and benefits. appraisal not on time. variable amount dispersal not on time and if we leave the organization even after serving the whole year since it does not come on time we loose on that amount
