Pathetic HR. No proper Hikes/Appraisals, worst salary structure, and only few work or have the technical expertise rest all just forward the mails(This is expected as no one with good knowledge will join this company that pays peanuts in the name of salary).

Unethical policy changes without discussion, hard working employees gets very less salary than timepass employees. Leaves getting expired as manager doesn't approve to take leaves. Manager allows maximum 8days leaves including Weekends in 4months

Poor appraisal Poor salary (Medical Insurance deduction upto 4k). Difference between CTC and in hand is too high. No any night allowance. Work from home option not available.

Excellent Job security, Company policies are employee-friendly and take care of well-being of employees.

Poor salary hike avg 5% in last 5years, despite Performance Linked Incentive is a part of CTC many times this was not paid 100%. Compensation structure is not rationalized according to designation/position of employees in organization.

The best thing of Reliance Jio is daily symptoms checker that are implemented on emergency basis and followup process is very good till now. Thanks for the your support during this crisis.
