Incentives structure very bad. Incentives credit in account after 3 months, others are credited in next months. No promotions No appraisal and no salary increment just workload increase day by day but no improvement in salary.

Company does not care for employee mental health

...at you think. Cross functioning employee miss use of job rights given to them. No increment on time and even variable pay of salary not given in time. No activity for employee engagement, team outbonds. Even employee lose money from pockets for expenses made for business purpose. No extra budget.

Good work enviriment and cultures Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policy is very nice

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does address our issues salary is decent but career growth is average there is a bond of 2 year before which you connot resign on the job training is not given to new joiness

No hike in salary and we have to do everything but after doing also company won't be satisfy with the employees .The want us to sell the products but if we order the product from the website the delivery comes late and the Costumers yells at us .
