Past 3 years not growth in Salary,not even one rupees Increment from three years and if anybody says or ask about increment, they directly says ( Job is running well, Salary recieving ion time. No hikes even after promotions. No proper work culture. Daily work will be different. No designated work, every thing has to be done. Even managers has to go out stand on road & sell. All manipulated sales & figures. Not at all employee friendly company. Once you enter, you cannot go out.
