Or bring money from home and spend it. If the target is not achieved then buy it yourself.
By working 18-20 hours. Do activities from 5 am to 11 pm.
appraisal time zero salary increase. Senior says what you did. Will not get more than 5% increment.
Joining time benifits change after joining that's not good, and not provide cab feslity and shift allowance.

...ut after joining we have to work 12 to 14hr. No time for family & personal life.
Unnecessary salary deductions are very high eg, if u have 7LPA then you will get take home around 47k only.
Company culture also very terrible & mass, can't expect the respect from supervisors.
If your superiors wants you to fire, u will be out of the system, no job security.
