Salary on time. During lockdown time salary got timely. During the first lockdown salary got advance. No 1 telicom company also India's largest company ever.

Dislikes

Worst company culture. Management issue. Network issue. Higher authority can't understand the ground reality issue. L1 only sitting in the office and give order. L1 doesn't support. Higher target can't achievable. During covid need to do work in the market. No entertainment. manager going to picnic with office buddy only but ground employee need to do work on a daily basis if its holiday. Only target pressure no extra support for mind fresh. Can't take leave also available in the ess. Concall start from 6am and it's happen till 11pm no time sheadule. Need to visit door to door no reputation, attitude. Poor recruitment only one staff in the jio point basically need two staff. No certification and prizes. Poor increment.

Working for reliance has below pros .Job security .No delay in salary .Good work life balance ( except for operation & maintenance team) they have to standby for 24×7 as we're working on live network .Sufficient leave & paid holidays .Good HR policy .Reliance treats you like their family members so they give gifts ands discount on reliance brands on time to time basis Good atmosphere if someone wants to learn something new most of things were available at thier learning portals . Flexible work timing .New ideas are always welcome here

Dislikes

Things I don't like here are . Salary growth is very low . Promotion increament just around 15-20% depends on your working city . As it is a totally NHQ driven organisation so sometimes thier SOP becomes challenge even for small task approval it also affects company's business but don't know why they long chain of escalation matrix for even small task & project

salary is very low. work life balance is bad. we have to cheat customers to achieve target and also if a customer complain to our senior that they are being cheated then pur job is in danger bur seniors also want us to cheat customer in a better way without being cought. also if there is festival comming then you have to work all 7 days for 2-3 weeks. no weekoffs given

No promotions, no salary hike, no incentives, no work life balance, micro management, no HR stake, Senior business management runs whole structure with employee favouritism. Nothing to learn as such, no skill development.
