They will let you known your real limits and help you know who you are, extremely high targets and same expectations from all, some with their dedication achieves targets and earn great incentives, they make real use of there leaders and employees, this organization is not for those need a job to relax and earn money They know how to grab the market, they have the finest network till date I'm reviewing, they are providing much better after sales support then most of its competitors hardly a local player may be better in service but no national player even close, competitors can copy what jio is doing but have badly failed in execution If you want to work in telecom then do work in Jio but make sure you have power to run and act swiftly as this organization is very fast and very strictly follows there goals

What I don't like? They can bring someone from outside and ready to offer triple salary from you rather that person merely knows how to get the work done but they don't offer even close to that to you despite you are the expert one in that and know how to get the targets achieved I worked for 4 years here and not got an appraisal for a single time when I was the person who got a+ & a* ratings since joining this organization

only thing is that it is a reputed company

salary is very low. work life balance is bad. we have to cheat customers to achieve target and also if a customer complain to our senior that they are being cheated then pur job is in danger bur seniors also want us to cheat customer in a better way without being cought. also if there is festival comming then you have to work all 7 days for 2-3 weeks. no weekoffs given

No promotions, no salary hike, no incentives, no work life balance, micro management, no HR stake, Senior business management runs whole structure with employee favouritism. Nothing to learn as such, no skill development.

Politics for salary, new joiner DRShave no skill no knowledge no work load no working pressure but company give them Higher package salary from old DRS. ALL ARE POLITICS IN THIS COMPANY. Only senior's are take advantage for promotion by politics. I lost my 6 years in this company. I have achieved many Exam but not seen by management because they are blind.

...partment. There is good amount of Skill development and Technological knowledge. Salary of those who joined early are good but stagnant.

Dislikes

Long working hours and long duration Video Calling culture is very prevalent. VC start at 5.30AM in the morning and employee made to join via Laptops. Again VC start at 6PM again which eats into your personal time. VC are conducted 7Days a week with no holidays or breaks. There is large amount of administrative system based work load also which required constant monitoring and boring. Constant long duration reviews on daily basis increases stress and pressure.
