This company will not treat you like a employee. They are inhuman. No job security here in any department. Not even in HR.

No worklife balance.
Politics/favourism.
No Employee welfare.
Mental harassment.
Horrible Appraisals.
False job information given before joining.
Growth you'll not think of because you'll not want to stay here.
Nobody speaks up because of the influence they've got. But being into HR, I'm sharing a honest review so that your career shouldn't get spoiled.
Still if you want to join then you can at your own risk.
I have not seen this kind of 4th grade HR head Arun Kumar in my entire professional experience. He is not bothered about his team, he only bothers about buttering and soaping. In his 5 years of tenure 40 HR has resigned. Better not to join as long as he is there as state Head HR for Reliance Jio, he has Poor leadership skills .
1. No job security,
2. All policy only on paper
3. HR like rubber stamp or only to threatened the employee
4. No promotion policy only if you can buttering to your boss will work.
I joined the company on 2nd nov 2015, got A* rating every year but could not got promoted. My emp code at jio 55051353

everything is pathetic..managers are illiterate, unethical, mannerless ,unprofessional ..they are wholeday only threating their reporty I will give you PIP..
Name of the motivation nothing ...only giving PIP whole day ...Mumbai sales head is working for close Enterprises n SMB Segment
.Actualy company is Good but Top management is only enjoying their job and Giving PIP to executive level employee .they never think about other family ..
My suggestion will be Re- hire Top management .
