everything is pathetic..managers are illiterate, unethical, mannerless ,unprofessional ..they are wholeday only threating their reporty I will give you PIP.. Name of the motivation nothing ...only giving PIP whole day ...Mumbai sales head is working for close Enterprises n SMB Segment .Actualy company is Good but Top management is only enjoying their job and Giving PIP to executive level employee .they never think about other family .. My suggestion will be Re- hire Top management .

Poor work life balance, unnecessary launch of new projects every now and then which gets dissolve in a month, involving mobility people in home service ( deviation of job profile for which they were hired), poor travelling & conveyance policy at assistant manager level, work culture

...ly. No friends, just complete the company's targets and remain engaged 24 hours. Use salary to meet goals. Or bring money from home and spend it. If the target is not achieved then buy it yourself. By working 18-20 hours. Do activities from 5 am to 11 pm. appraisal time zero salary increase. Senior says what you did. Will not get more than 5% increment.

...ut after joining we have to work 12 to 14hr. No time for family & personal life. Unnecessary salary deductions are very high eg, if u have 7LPA then you will get take home around 47k only. Company culture also very terrible & mass, can't expect the respect from supervisors. If your superiors wants you to fire, u will be out of the system, no job security.
