As this is a leading telecom company now, the job is secured. The company takes care of the employee like providing free vaccination for employees and family,and flexible working from home for the eligible employees.

Dislikes

The main issue is there is no appraisal for this organisation. People work for same salary year after year. Also there is no growth in the organisation except for sales profile. Some people are working in same post and same designation for almost a decade. The company provides health insurance but at the cost of employees for which the mandatory debit is quite high while comparing with the insurance with same benefits outside in open market. There are many more mandatory debits and for which there is a huge difference in net salary and gross salary. The HR department is the most pathetic and they say they are helping employees in the pandemic situation but they doesn't even bother to receive the phone call also if an employee require immediate medical assistance.The employee which are in midlevel and lower level suffers the most as there is no work from home options for them and even if someone gets covid positive need to get back on duty after 14 days isolation doesn't matter if he has recovered completely or not. The vision and mission of the company is in pen and paper only and doesn't reflect in the day to operations.

Salary not growth in 4years,if you promote your take home salary is Reduced. Your take home salary is decreased every year...in 2017 my take home is 23000/- and now 18000/-.

...as lowest growth option. Office Team is supportive & office environment is good. Salary paid in time but not hike. Management is not transparent most of time.
