There is no job security, they can fire you in one day. Work culture is extremely pathetic. From day one they want you to generate business, no matter if you came from different industry and don't know anything about the products. No one will help you for product training. Senior managers are very abusive. They regularly use very bad slang languages. The official working hours is 9:30am to 6:30pm but here working hours depends on your seniors mood. Minimum office timing of 12hours to 14hours is common here and the PIP policy is a joke. If by mistake you take any issue to the HR, they will blame you for all the negatives that is happening and will make you feel like you are the most dumbest and useless person in the universe. They are completely useless & very abusive too. Zero work life balance in this pathetic company. Zero productive work and only performance review meetings. Office politics is very bad. After leaving this company one need minimum 1-2months to get mental stability. As a fresher one can join to see pathetic people live and get career's first lesson of how office politics work. For experienced, i will never recommend even to my worst enemy.

Worst management here.no job timing esm behaviour is too bad he's also a dumb don't have any sales experience he always behave rude not know how to talk with ground level employees.not supporting & not a single person Frank here.they always misbehave with their employees.am left this job for that ediot dumb esm.company need to change their management & making frankly environment in JC

...nt place to develop your skills . Pressure from senior management is horrible. Salary is given on time . There is no job security in this company. Hr managers and hr department are puppets in senior managers . People from same sector like ISP OR TELECOM background they never prefer to join Jio bcz they know they need to work in huge pressure environment. People from other sector from sales background join for this role and in most of the cases they don’t sustain for even 2or 3 months.

Jio provides you with decent work life balance with enough time to pursue your interests & is good enough with job stability as well.

...jectory planning whatsoever, promotions are just random & hardly prevelant even. The compensation too is quite low as per market standards & that's a bummer for a company of this size.
