Apart from timing..all are worst...i am sarving 9 years and not get any promtions and salary hike as per working...only menegement thinking about them only. Others employee are like a servents....

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation mails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-term appraisals.

Salary gets credited.on 7th of every month Least respectful people to work with Not sure how did they even make it as employers choice but Amabani hai toh mumkin hai Expectation is to work as you're commanded and not to use your brain

... those who loves field work and sales. They are providing PF, ESI benefits also. Salary is 15k CTC + incentives and salary is on time.

I don't have any job yet, I want to do it for the first time in my life, I must give you a chance to show my talent, I have tried my best to teach you less than Dhawan.
