Everything including their abusive work culture, unethical behaviour of senior management staff, dirty politics. Worst to worst culture just because of some employees

...ammates are supportive and management is transparent..company policy's r good .. appraisals r fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot OF KPIs and the management doesn't address our issues. .. they want only results. They don't want realitie issues

Horrible experience in this company. Same judge small towns big towns heavy pressure on that.

... sales lead but they designation is senior sales executive. Attendence problem..Salary's not perfect and claims also. No incentives here. Higher officials only says sale sale sale tent activities auto booming. This is not corporate job dears. This is road show jobs. Minimum connectivity leads not enter in jio center office. They only out side completely 12 to 14hours. In case jio center manager calling for come to office that have vedio conference call.💆💆🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏.

Salary comes on time every month no matter what. I think leave policy is also good and leaves can be availed without too many approvals as is the case with other organisations. Flexible working hours and job security for some reason.

Dislikes

...ason for example many employees haven't been promoted from last 10 years and so. Also salary discrepancy exists at highest level as no slab system for salary is being followed by the company. Very process oriented and local HR team is reluctant to override these processes even if it means to loosing some of the key employees. No employee retention policy, they will happily let you go even if you have spend a life time there and are a core member of the team. Overall company does not present a good platform for budding employees however if you are very high in the hierarchy and get a senior manager role or above, then it might be the place for you. Less stress and slow pace environment will be good for someone who wants to settle down without caring much about the work culture and learning development. PS-6 days a week at circle level while NHQ follows 5 days a week schedule.

Incentives structure very bad. Incentives credit in account after 3 months, others are credited in next months. No promotions No appraisal and no salary increment just workload increase day by day but no improvement in salary.
