1. No job security, 2. All policy only on paper 3. HR like rubber stamp or only to threatened the employee 4. No promotion policy only if you can buttering to your boss will work. I joined the company on 2nd nov 2015, got A* rating every year but could not got promoted. My emp code at jio 55051353

Feeling very good and culture and atmosphere is good. Very good place to learn new technology. Since the company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high

It's great to work with big company but there is prons and cons are attached salary are restricted to limit now a days. For fixed Eng 3.5lakhs/annual.

There is only horizontal growth not Vertical growth are present i.e post are not increase here only salary are hike.which not give u future referal to be here.
