Good work environment and culture . Teammets are supportive and The management is transparent

Is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Work life balance is great and the projects are very exciting. Jio is actually doing very good in various sectors.

Dislikes

Compensation part was not clear. They cut very much from CTC and give only peanuts in hand. Also there was no any wifi reimbursement or wfh setup allowance in the pandemic time.

No friendly environment, juniors not treated well.

Dislikes

Compensation is not good, growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 22 hours straight in a day as I have to attend conference calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers don't value an individual sender unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my seniors.
