Dislikes

Incentives structure very bad. Incentives credit in account after 3 months, others are credited in next months. No promotions No appraisal and no salary increment just workload increase day by day but no improvement in salary.

No job security bad company culture pathetic work life balance complicated appraisal structure no appropriate training to the non industry employee. Only one thing they are focusing on which is PIP culture to the 3 month old employee. I would suggest to never join this company as this can be your career spoiler. from the HR to Business all team are lier, they will hire you with false JD and commitment and once you onboarded you will be asked to work in different vertical if you ask or oppose to work they will show you your offer letter clauses. They will hire you as a team manager and will ask you to work as individual that will lead you to non performer and then PIP within 3 months. people are not ready to join jio because of popular PIP culture. the worst this HR is puppet of business. All the HR decision are dependent on business and they show you that Human resource are for employee only.

If you feel seek and inform your manager they suggest you medicine and give 30 min time to recovery 🥲 At the end you feel your mom give birth you only working for jio

Company does not care for employee mental health

Dislikes

...at you think. Cross functioning employee miss use of job rights given to them. No increment on time and even variable pay of salary not given in time. No activity for employee engagement, team outbonds. Even employee lose money from pockets for expenses made for business purpose. No extra budget.
