compensation is decent but growth slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimws I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the eventing& some times late unto the night

everything is pathetic..managers are illiterate, unethical, mannerless ,unprofessional ..they are wholeday only threating their reporty I will give you PIP.. Name of the motivation nothing ...only giving PIP whole day ...Mumbai sales head is working for close Enterprises n SMB Segment .Actualy company is Good but Top management is only enjoying their job and Giving PIP to executive level employee .they never think about other family .. My suggestion will be Re- hire Top management .
