Salary is as per market standard. Office campus is too good.

Appraisal cycle is very bad. There is no fixed month or date on which the appraisal comes. Too much micro management is there. No work life balance. They just want to get the work finished no matter what the quality is.

Nothing to like in this company very less salary only every December they cut 500 from in-hand salary I am working from 2 years they cut 1500 from my in-hand salary. Very difficult to live in Mumbai no increment only decrement.

9 house strictly in office even you done your work you have to stay 9 house in office. No work life balance

I would suggest upper management like senior EMs and CTO to get on the ground level and see how mangers treat employees. They accept requirements 24hr prior to the production date and then expect us to finish with no bugs

Lots of learning. Jio.com team is awesome. Once you start working on any feature. You will be part of complete SDLC cycle. Right from development in test environment to deployment in production.

If you are not from IITs, NITs or IIITs you may receive less salary. There's a huge difference in payband for students from niche colleges and from local colleges. Both do the same work but students from niche colleges receive comparatively a much higher salary.

If you are developer then not every team is giving respect to your development work No process , No market value if you join this organization. No one is there to hear you no management support for your good work Only blame game is between teams . Everyone is your manager and you wont get proper job satisfaction
