Manager is bad, typical lala company, deadlines for assigned tasks are unrealistic, manager is totally non-technical, keeps on abusing (or finding stupid flaws) for no reason, strict 9 hours working from office Bad software architecture, huge violation of software engineering principles, it’s all about getting maximum work done with poor quality code

Likes

The work life balance is excellent, the office environment ia top notch & the projects involve latest technology. If you are looking to settle down,consider entering with good package.

Dislikes

Finance growth prospect are dismal, Either employee is overpaid or underpaid. Starting a career with jio might not be wise, as they tend to pay new joiners 3 times more but struggle to offer even a 10-20% appraisal for existing employee

Likes

I like that they give you enough time to finish/fix a job. No one's in a hurry or puts you in pressure to finish a task.

Dislikes

Delayed appraisals. Not so transparent about few policies No pay parity. Even people with less experience and skills could have more pay than you and you even don't know who you could discuss with in order to fix it.

...ediate response team available in case of emergency to employee/ family members. No salary delays.

Dislikes

Team culture matters. Need to extend time. Taking leaves is difficult. No comp-offs.

Poor salary. Very less yearly increment. In-hand amount keeps on decreasing on various reasons like medical insurance and other, overall pay remained same as of previous year. Very less initiatives for upskilling. No flexibility in working model, strict wfo. Poor work life balance, due to inequality in responsibility allocation. More work will be given in return of good work done previously.
