Campus is great, Job security is too good, If ur manager doesn't hate you then you can do nothing and never get fired.

Salary is bad. Promotions are only given to manager favorites. Work life balance is non existent.

Nothing as such. Only thing is they don't fire easily, unless u face disciplinary action

...ntless dislikes: 1. Terrible work culture. 2. Leaders having no clear vision. 3. No hike for certain teams. 4. Constant micromanagement. Will call u even if u a re away for 5 mins. 5. Permanent work from office. Need to mandatorily complete 9 hrs, gets easily extended to 12 hrs. 6. Snake colleague's and rude manager.

Salary is as per market standard. Office campus is too good.

Dislikes

Appraisal cycle is very bad. There is no fixed month or date on which the appraisal comes. Too much micro management is there. No work life balance. They just want to get the work finished no matter what the quality is.

If you are developer then not every team is giving respect to your development work No process , No market value if you join this organization. No one is there to hear you no management support for your good work Only blame game is between teams . Everyone is your manager and you wont get proper job satisfaction

Work life balance is amazing depending on anyone's project it varies however shift timing is more flexible and manageable.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are very less and learning opportunities are less for fresher candidate.
