New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Nothing as such. Only thing is they don't fire easily, unless u face disciplinary action

...ntless dislikes: 1. Terrible work culture. 2. Leaders having no clear vision. 3. No hike for certain teams. 4. Constant micromanagement. Will call u even if u a re away for 5 mins. 5. Permanent work from office. Need to mandatorily complete 9 hrs, gets easily extended to 12 hrs. 6. Snake colleague's and rude manager.

Good company for freshers as they are able to work on all types of products

Not so good for experienced candidate once u gain the experience no proper hike is given even your juniors salary is double then your experience candidates so big descrepancy in salary structure Upper management is very less supportive all the money has been eaten by your leaders and candidate who works dont get anything.

Very less compensation for sde level for the same level of work and same role the pay difference between an IIT grad and an NIT grad is huge like this is not a equal opportunity employer so join it only if you are an IITian.
