I like that they give you enough time to finish/fix a job. No one's in a hurry or puts you in pressure to finish a task.

Dislikes

Delayed appraisals. Not so transparent about few policies No pay parity. Even people with less experience and skills could have more pay than you and you even don't know who you could discuss with in order to fix it.

1. Work environment, 2. Politics, 3. Unnecessary micro management, 4. Strict 9:30 hours for entry and mid level employees. 5. No day care for childrens in Bangalore location. 6. Big change location to location, Mumbai was awesome rcp

there is no work in my department . Work load is not there you can do whatever the hell you want to do

...y and rude they dont work. Not helpfull at all. 3. No work culture as such. 4. No hike for past two years. 5. My relocation benifits they didnt give which was mentioned in my offer letter. and worst part about it i couldnt do anything about it.

I would suggest upper management like senior EMs and CTO to get on the ground level and see how mangers treat employees. They accept requirements 24hr prior to the production date and then expect us to finish with no bugs
