The agency is ruled by sexist men who are incompetent and very disrespectful towards most people. the business development head and the operations/CS head are those incompetent people who have no clue how their KRAs work. So all they do is make people the scapegoats for their mistakes and threaten the ones who make them feel insecure. they ruin the work life of people they feel are competent because they get really insecure. they treat their teams poorly. And HR doesn't do anything even if the people's lives are getting worse due to these two men.

Nothing! Just the food vending machine and the location of the office, all other things are absolutely crap

There is not one but so many, head of the organization is a arrogant selfish maglimeniac. With multiple personality issues, people work here can not survive if they are not yes man of bosses and thir fevrates. Very unsafe for female candidates specially if you are good- looking.

Everything! They hire people on contract and lay them off without any specific, logical reasons. The senior management is extremely sleazy, misogynistic and unreasonable. There are no systems in place. Everything in the organisation happens as per the boss' mood. They have no respect for their employees.

It was a great experience since I got to learn on multiple projects that were in different domains of marketing like digital reputation management, go-to market strategy, campaign planning and more

There were about 100-120 interns due to which individually not much attention or mentorship was done with the interns.

Lots of them. - Please don't fall for the founder's sales pitch in the pre-placement talk. He'll beg you to join his sham company. - More than 120 interns are hired from premier schools, but none are paid. Literally, work for free for 2 months - Interns are treated like subhumans. Seniors are given a freehand to misbehave with interns and make them slog beyond normal work hours (remember there's no stipend) - Campaign briefs you will work on are fake. None will get executed. We worked on a podcast show where we interviewed founders of different startups. None of them went live. Please don't fall for big brand names here. - There's no HR in the company Avoid applying to this company. Work for a startup that pays a stipend, and treats interns like fellow human beings.
