Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Worst organization , I have never suggest to anyone to join jintech solution

Worst organization to work , initially for 1.6 yrs I like to work with jintech after joined HR Kanika kathuria ..she came and Rudely behaviour with all employees also shows attitudes Hr is not have any knowledge always time pass in office , shouting like a illiterature person .. really worst organization to our in because of HR many employees left the job some employee lost your carrier . I don't know why company director tolerate all the issues

Am working in jintech . A bunch of tech team and MD is very active ,creative ,bold decision making ,customer oriented person and very high thoughts towards customer expectation . He is one of the best leader . so for what i seen and worked with him. I learned several new ideas and it is supporting my roles to manage the critical situation .
