The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.and hads global clients base.My colleagues comefrom various cultural backgrounds and we work happily.I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and some Times late into the night.

Only good in this company is salary is come on time. this is the only good thing of this company.

Not good work place for freshers and growth is good but apprasial is too bad only management gets the high apprasial but they didn't look after their employee. the worst management of that company they are like greede guys. Unnessary Work lode provided by management less equipments and lots of work engineer are working like daily wages labour. no a good place of work showing his regination list published by hr day by day.

Salary is decided anything else but after you accept the offer they will they will complete change the salary which are decided... Hr Supriya ma'am ... You should learn rule and regulation... Stop forcing candidate to resign from their old company without providing the offer letter... Waste of time ..they are just disgusting

Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor. Salary expectation are also very low. I will recommend only freshers who haven't worked anywhere only to come and work here and experience hell.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
