Workplaces awesome director sir is also very good the work culture is little bit hectic but it's fine and totally happy with the work but I am not satisfied with the salary that I got for past few years

Overall good... Work culture need to be improved.. Biasness should be removed...

Dislikes

1.Biasness among teachers 2.No appraisal seen for teachers 3.Growth of teachers is not given preference 4.Teachers are given to teach subjects which is not their background. 5. VP is not at all experienced one due to which many teachers had to suffer.

Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA.
