...that they are the people running the company, truth is, they are ruining it. 4. Total variable pay is a myth here, from now on. 5. Canteens are the worst, here departments dont even have a good hygienic place to eat, there is only 2 in whole wide plant. and also food quality & taste is poor. 6. work life balance is a myth here, even if u get time, u cant do anything as there nothing here rather than monotonous daily life. 7. Location is worst as well, nothing good nearby. 8. rotational shifts is tiring & bus services here are a waste of precious time. 9. Recognition & employee welfare is joke here. politics is on peak 10. hostel facilities are poor & hostile, basic amenities are missing in the rooms & they just keep stuffing people in the hostels & room as they want (sometimes they say that it is double accomodation, sometimes triple). so overall it may be worst company i have ever worked in, may god help u if u enter this company. (this is not an exaggeration or sarcasm)
