There is a lot of political and the management dones address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

Working time about 12 hours. City is located 15 km of plant. Railway and buses service poor.

Safety poor , salary disparity huge , favouritism at peak , no transperent apparisal , variable pay is abuse and fake, ctc false , very poor reporting structure any one can report anyone and anyone can adk report to ayone
