Salary structure is very poor if you are non-executive. Work load is very high so it's difficult to maintain balance between work life and personal life. Management is very poor quality. No yearly bonus or any thing. Incentive is good if you are in production department or else you will got very less incentive.

If you are coming here by thinking that you would get time to study then don't come. Here you would get only time to revise what you have studied. It's condition of project work but in operation and maintenance you would a little bit more time to study than project.

Could not study and very low package and career growth

Salary is less as compared to same experience of others ,Every 2-3 years man power reductions news has come and some times it's happened. Less manpower and resources.
