I am under dishlaa marketing pvt ltd authorised distributor of Jindal Steel and Power,only thing I learn at dishlaa marketing pvt Ltd is that I have gained much knowledge about tmt as I was fresh to this line and I have learn something new from here

Everything,they don't give expenses, and salary timely most of the time they pay expenses after 3 4month here at dishlaa we don't have job security they can terminate anytime to any employee for no reason and the worst thing is that they don't even give appraisal to their employees every year this is the reason 90% employees are working here from less than 6month

Only they are adopting with new technology which is good

No job security, even sometimes salary deduction can be done. What u hear the reputation from outside about JSP, it is totally wrong. U will only feel that after spending as an employee..

Township facilities provided by the company are well maintained. Overall area for employees to spent time are also there.

Dislikes

Perks and benefits is not available as there's too much unnecessary salary deduction is there.

Dislikes

The mid management doesn't know how to grow retail and channel marketing. They don't trust their ground level employees and doesn't provide support. Here the pressure is immense and without any reason anytime your job can go

Safety poor , salary disparity huge , favouritism at peak , no transperent apparisal , variable pay is abuse and fake, ctc false , very poor reporting structure any one can report anyone and anyone can adk report to ayone
