This is the worst place I ve ever worked in my life. This is Lalaji Company and many people does complete monopoly. Even after highlighting Human Resource is list bothered. HR team don't work for employees, they are just acting on instructions of few people. Please don't endanger your career by joining JSPL, which is a loss making company too. Even they do profit still don't join.

Worst work culture. Complete unprofessional environment. Don't pay Salary on time. Few people are doing complete monopoly and you have to listen to them. They are list bothered about work and knowledge. Professionals please don't think in dream to work in JSPL irrespective of position. There is no value of qualifications and experience nor position. please don't join.

Be sure to clear out the variable part before joining. Lala companies like to steal a huge part of variable from the employees. Worst working culture and top management treat employees as their personal dogs. Dont respect the time of the employees. Moreover its a switch over organisation for max 2-3 years not more.

Township is near to plant location

Dust in township and plant both. TVP ,huge unwanted salary deduction. Micro management by owner directly. Huge fines.High working hours is culture.Abusive language is policy.Forced to work on weekly off day sometimes..

No job security, even sometimes salary deduction can be done. What u hear the reputation from outside about JSP, it is totally wrong. U will only feel that after spending as an employee..

regular training for skill development (but only if your manager relieves you for it), Compensation is better than competetors.

...nagement, dont appreciate talent, expect people to do 12 hours without overtime. and still cuts their variable pay. please do not join this company just for money, you will regret it forever.
