Un- ethical , un-professional working culture , no increments since last 4 yrs , deductions of salary by 10% happens for 12 months. Bonus which was part of CTC was not paid fully over the years and part of CTC amount was converted in Forced ESOP vid lien on it . Not recorded for truely professionals to join.

Hi Guys, I have 10 years of experience in Welding & Heavy Fabrication, last year I joined a reputed indian company with 15.5LPA + 1.5L Variable, now I got an offer of 23LPA + 0% Variables in an small / medium sized company involved in Shipbuilding. * Should I consider joining the company as the offered salary is very good from my perspective? * Should I work another 2-3 years in my present company and then look for opportunities?
