compensation is decent, but for diploma holders, growth is slow, the work pressure is very high. this unit is very high production unit. some time i have to worked 16-20 hrs work in a day.
Good career growth opportunities, job security, competitive compensation, a supportive work culture, good learning opportunities due to the company's large scale operations, and a sense of pride in being part of a major Indian stainless steel manufacturer; with some also mentioning the company's facilities and employee benefits like accommodation in certain locations.
Poor work-life balance, long working hours, lack of promotion opportunities, inconsistent management, low salary compared to industry standards, and sometimes excessive pressure to meet production targets; with some mentioning concerns about the overall work culture and lack of flexibility in certain role
Company provides Salary to new joiners as per recruitees requirement, even higher than their expectation but do not balance out the lower paid existing employees who are associated with the company for not less than 10 years so better to join at top salary and leave timely other wise you will losse your valued with the time .
Here No one is Leader , all are bosses.
No one cares about work life balance specially in Sales dept.
You have to work on Sundays as well.
Mentally pressure is also dominating.
Company do not value the employees if they stays in the company for prolong period of time.
The best aspects of JSL are their timely salary payments, annual salary increments, and continuous employee training and skill development opportunities.
In JSL, there is a lack of promotion opportunities, and the work pressure is consistently high.
