Working at Jindal stainless as a whole is good. Good compensation. Good learning and working environment. Shop floor jobs are hectic as in other companies. Career growth is abundantly available. Job security is there.

Dislikes

As in other companies, biasness and politics are always there. Though it can be avoided to a large extent.

Likes

Company provides Salary to new joiners as per recruitees requirement, even higher than their expectation but do not balance out the lower paid existing employees who are associated with the company for not less than 10 years so better to join at top salary and leave timely other wise you will losse your valued with the time .

Dislikes

Here No one is Leader , all are bosses. No one cares about work life balance specially in Sales dept. You have to work on Sundays as well. Mentally pressure is also dominating. Company do not value the employees if they stays in the company for prolong period of time.

The best aspects of JSL are their timely salary payments, annual salary increments, and continuous employee training and skill development opportunities.

Dislikes

In JSL, there is a lack of promotion opportunities, and the work pressure is consistently high.

There are many things which are continuously loving to any employee. First of all most loving things in my work is Good behaviour of our senior position employee who supports us and company also cares about us

Dislikes

Salay increments which compares to each employee to others. Same position same experience but different in salary is most dislike thing for me

Salary on time, Around 10 % hike in annual salary.

Dislikes

Promotion and aprisal on urs relationship with Boss consequently local employees get better growth than outsider staff. Incentive around 10% of urs annual gross salary against claim of 20% High level of poltics.
