Hopeless ,salary structure is worst.if u come from NC then not join it is ,Brickmaking company's HR POLICIES.60% more salary then top great person as having personal fever . HIGH EDUCATED should not join as is Diploma base company

Good work environment and culture. The management is transparent. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

Dislikes

From my point of view I don't have any dislikes about working at jindal shadeed Iron and Steel LLC.

Something is better than nothing.

Dislikes

Top management is not serious about employees carrier growth. Too much salary gap for same post people and even some lower post employees have more salary than seniors. Diffent policies forces in same company time to time.
