Hopeless ,salary structure is worst.if u come from NC then not join it is ,Brickmaking company's HR POLICIES.60% more salary then top great person as having personal fever . HIGH EDUCATED should not join as is Diploma base company

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Top management is not serious about employees carrier growth. Too much salary gap for same post people and even some lower post employees have more salary than seniors. Diffent policies forces in same company time to time.
