Always one side discussion..If you explain anything, treat very badly and take resignation from employees. 5. This is not the Jindal Saw where employees used to enjoy to work l and maintain work life balance.

Worst hr policies, single overtime given to staff,casuals. Also bonus cutting is done from employees payment. No night allowance.Twelve-hour work is mandatory with only 1 weekly off
