...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.
Following are the benefits of working in this company:
1. Salary on time (Last day of each month)
2. Job Security - u will have to commit a blunder mistake to make the management fire you
* People are working here for 20 years (on an average) are they plan to retire from here only.
Following are a list of things i would like to highlight:
a) If u are working in a manufacturing unit (Gujarat)
1. Toxic culture - People with higher post (usually some basic degree like BSC and of course 25 years of experience) - will treat a new joinee (with a technical degree like BE or Btech) as if they are some labour employed here to do some basic work in plant. they do not differentiate between a helper and a Engineering graduate.
2.They will make you feel as if your degree is just a piece of paper you are worthless, always taking in high tone to show their authority. but remember that the people there who figured out that buttering the boss is only way to get ahead, will beat you in no time (in terms of appraisal).
3.Appraisal is a joke (they give rating depending on your face).
4.If u are very lucky (rare), u will find some educated boss.
b) If u are working in Head Office (new Delhi)
1. Most of the people working here are educated and they know how to behave (not everyone)
2.Appraisal are a joke (here also)(give rating depending on your face)
3. If someone wish to join here (make sure whether you are getting basic amenities)(not everyone is take lucky)
At last - work for a few years (1.5 - 2 yrs), learn the work and leave as you are not going to grow here.
...y aspect (rich experience, higher education level with excellent grades etc)....take newly hired with higher package.
They just somewhat care when he/she show higher package offer / resign, not good process policy
Also put in night shift unreasonably, no grooming growth grudge with team lead, just favour his own link colleague/saanth gaanth
Politics , seniors lacks knowledge, less technical persons , no space for improvement and growth , less salary increments, no accommodation, in time is set out time is as per the seniors
