2. Torture to employees by two South Indians

4. Always one side discussion..If you explain anything, treat very badly and take resignation from employees.
5. This is not the Jindal Saw where employees used to enjoy to work l and maintain work life balance.
...ere is many facilities for company employees. Good work environment and culture. Company policy is good and appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. and after 3 year change the position employees like destination engineers to senior engineers.
Worst hr policies, single overtime given to staff,casuals. Also bonus cutting is done from employees payment.
No night allowance.Twelve-hour work is mandatory with only 1 weekly off

Policies are very strong and transparent which are physical implemented. Appraisal, bonus and salary increments are very good.
Good canteen, colony accommodation, play grounds and other facilities
Jindal Saw Limited giving me a very good experience and having liberty to think and work independently. Particular leader who may be doing politics and not addressing issues transparently. Unit is driven by leader and if top leader is unprofessional then entire culture getting worse.
