Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the new and challenging projects in PEB( Structural engineering buildings). I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a national client base. I am Learning a lot here. I want to became a part of this organization as long as possible.

I have no problem in this company till now. There was a little issue of salary but right now it solved. I would like to be thankful to my M.D. MR. Jyoti Jindal sir to regrow the company. Keep it up and keep blessings.
