No job satisfaction,poor work culture and management, company policy is only on page but not working properly,

Dislikes

Unexpected termination process is issue , salary is decent but no work evaluation,No any HOD appreciation. EHS HOD is not suitable for JPFL, If any one want to know then find out. HR is not supportive.

You should resign after you receive your salary. If you resign earlier, you will not be given your salary on time. They will do the drama that you will be paid later. The fact is you will never be paid.

You can have knowledge multiple area.... Like I am production engineer so I areas like plant, slitter, Erema, Raw material store some time quality and also for give a training for new joining.
