...irtually boss for all departments 4. Management treats employees as servants. 5. You can be fired anyday or your salary can be held for any month for some petty reasons beyond your control. 6. In case you join this company beware of EA's in the system. Please don't fall in trap of Jindal's name. Do not join BC Jindal Group.

Nothing... The organisation is the worst to work for ... They will only give you a salary hike ( huge jump) & nothing else in terms of benefits

The management & it's team of EA ( called JFI) who has no idea how is business run or market conditions .. HR will always make misguide you

...cum EA culture runs the show. Lot of politics. No team support. No job security. They call candidates from good companies on the basis of high pay, then any time aks to leave with no reasons.

Very very slow growth rate in salary. Frequent change in hostel rooms. Frequent change of department. No timings of job(24 hrs on mobile) even on leave. Less number of staff cause less number of leaves

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

The management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
