Felt bad joining the company whose management does not know ethics, do not recognise good progressive work done by employees, no foresight in development of biz . ill treating employees and so on.

This company not professional in all aspects . Not respecting experienced staff, not encouraging innovative ideas to promote growth. No PF , insurance facilities to staff. No job security. No stable approach . Very bad experience. Not paying expenses made on behalf of company, like travel, conveyance etc. No holidays.

Very bad company before joining company said they will give CL and PL But nothing provide after joining..management very bad no aggrement time over all very bad company even not gives bonus
