There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Even after complaining about internal managers harassment and unnecessary job pressure, but management will not take any kind of action against them. Old lala culture. There is no career growth and no work life balance. There is no job security, they will fire u anytime. Also there is fine system in the company, they will recover fine from your salaries. Only company relations have all benefits and promotion etc.

...agement as it is against company rules and even if you complain it is of no use. Also while you are responsible for the work in your scope you don't have the authority to take action and then you will be fined (in cash) very often thereby losing a considerable amount of your hard earned salary. No scope of future for juniors in this dept. until these two people exist there.

Kept poor employees salary for the month of April 2024. May make you jobless anytime. Lack of managerial caliber. Such a lala company. Use worst language for their own employees. Worst work culture. If you give then your best they will show their worst towards yourself.

There is nothing to like. I had worked in bhiwadi plant just 1.8 year stint. At last I had left this company.

...'t attend any vendor program/ function/ same field another company function. 5.This company is basically for medium/ low grade student who have owned good package. This company hired Nalwa's candidate, those are misfit to perform the job, they have oiled their relative, spying. VCMD Pragun jindal had not take any action against this kind of weather.Basically he is the puppet .Top management think that everyone is labour.Good for nothing. 6.I have recommend to join another company except this. After joinig you think about job security.
