MD is not good, very difficult to work, 12 hours working, MD is selfish, he think only about company. Growth is very slow, less increments only to MD favourite person not to all staff members.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
