Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

... environment is good with morning and evening shifts 6hourly and night 12hourly.Salary is based on our qualification.Its has still shortage of human resources that includes doctors,clinical nurses,staff nurses and other clinicians.Its open to innovations and readily adopts latest technology.And yes my colleagues are friendly and work happily and we strongly believe in teamwork.

Semi autonomous institution - a public hospital and also serves as a teaching hospital for Kesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan. Work load is quite heavy. Work atmosphere is good.

Need to improve on renumeration and avenues for career enhancement. Acute shortage of sub-specialty fields of eye care such as in VR. Uvea, Glaucoma, pediatric etc.

The best thing about the working place was the nursing staffs. Skills development was also a good point but we didn’t get much chance to practice on. Otherwise, a more challenging environment with more learning opportunities would help about more. Thank you
