Working management is Chinese. I can not write full details, because ambition box is saying you are saying inappropriate words. It depends on Chinese mood either to hire someone or to fire. Does not metter your are from ny position or any department, you can be terminated any time. Company have no business and they don't have plan for grow also. They just want to be in India. Only Chinese know why. Working culture is very bad, when they find work. They want it to finish now, anyhow. No planing. Well Indians are cooperative, but they are helpless because management is fully Chinese.

I thought it will be a multinational company but it is not

I thought it is a multinational company but it is just an another built lala company by the inside people. There is nothing as a management team. No job security and preferences for female staff. Management HR both are typically made it a lala company despite of multinational.
