... life. if you want much success, fast progress, tech skills, this is your place. I have made progress here from fresher to team lead in a short time, 5X pay in just a few years. I cant work anywhere with what i learn here. very feminist company lot of women, diverse cultures also.

but if you want easy going, WFH, lots of easy days and breaks, dont come here. This company deals with massive clients, its a demanding environment and they will know very fast if youre not serious.

Very large industry with lots of opportunity

Jibe is the worst mistake undertaken. Office politics are ongoing endlessly, only matter is hr to keep posting here positive reviews to attract freshers Pervasive software monitoring every workstation and personal life during work hours Only logging time not actual work by management Joke department heads, not real development skills only politics towards management Salary deductions without any justification. The 10% bonus actually is a DEDUCTION, they release it only upon review of management, they can decide to block it anytime without proper justification Hr is dismissive and rude towards employees, treating everyone as a slave Salary too low compared to other companies, hidden clauses in contract, if you resign you need to pay money to the company Increment is attached to a 2year period, leave earlier and you need to pay the company money again, many explorative clauses Everyone must not mention jibe on the social media, policy in place so that you cannot work elsewhere No promotions within, you stay in the same level doing the same tasks until resignation Clients are complaining constantly as the development code is outdated and obsolete Hr lady has leaked all the salaries to her friends on the floor - expecting here her fake comments..😜

Please read offer agreement carefully before signing or joining. 10% performance bonus consider it's a direct cut to salary, 24 months payback clause means if you will not survive office politics, and decide to leave then you have to payback remaining months salary to company. Also in the offer it's mentioned there will be a software to monitor your actions. Later you will also be asked to take a lie detector test. So you might eventually loose your mind also pay this stupid company money to get rid.

In addition to above, your supervisor will treat you like a slave even if you are hired for leads or Manager you will be forced to work as a junior executive and treated like one, you are not open to share your ideas also abuses are common here. I am 100% sure even the worst company in the world also might have some humanity. JiBe Data Analysis, JiBe Data Services, DAGG are same groups. They might show desperation to hire you and even faster they fire you. You might even struggle to get your own money. If you are smart read your offer agreements carefully before signing or joining. There are also numerous cases against this company that's why in the offer letter they ask you also not to mention Jibe in any social platform, even your HR who contacts your keeps the name secret, lots of red flags. Save your career by not joining them.

... so funny, hr is asking employees to post positive feedback to attract freshers. Too much Hidden policies, bonus is released after management approval only no justification. The team leaders are disrespectful towards evyone, there are recordings of abusive behaviors all the time Managers do not know how system works, just hiddin their mistakes to management intrusive software to block bonus and salary

I have spent 2,5 years in this company and it the worst experience I have had in my professional career. Although the market supposed to be exciting and undergoing tremendous growth, the upper management of this company is full of LIES and empty promises both to clients and towards employees.

...al abuse and aggressive communication creating a deeply demoralizing atmosphere. To make matters worse, we are expecting to work long hours without overtime pay and salary. Payments are frequently delayed, showing how little the company values its people. Promises for improvement from management, or just empty words, and heighten over among clients and staff shows how ineffective their leadership really is. Insured this is not a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a supportive working culture or reliable product to sell.
