Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. How do you rate this salary jump?

Jiban Bima Corporation is only the state owned corporation in life insurance sector in Bangladesh. The corporation is established under the insurance corporation act,1973. Being a govt. organization all financial benefits are same as in the others public organization. Job security of the employees are highly secured.

Dislikes

The only thing bother me is transferring from here to there. Transfer criterias are not followed and no accommodation arrangements is here. JBC is a resourceful government organization. But the way employees face problems for housing when get transferred is just painful. Other than that all are excellent.
