Senior Management is very active and approachable and transparent. Salary is fairly competitive as per the market. The policies are good employee friendly. Cross learning within other departments is though limited but there is a lot of scope for individuals to learn from internal projects.

Full partiality, state level officers are not good. Buttering culture only.

Dislikes

State level officers are like buttering and their decision also unfair. Judgment level is not good. I worked 5.5 years but didn't get promotion because of I'm goal oriented and don't like buttering. I focussed on my work but state level officers like buttering person.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
